When Herman Brood's 75th birthday was to be commemorated in 2021, a limited edition t-shirt was released. There were so many beautiful options and variations that it had to be done: an entire collection would be launched on November 5, 2022 Herman's 76th birthday.
With Brood by Lola Pop, Lola wants to combine her own art with her father’s in his distinct Rock & Roll style. The collection consists of t-shirts, hoodies and sweaters, made of completely organic cotton. Lola: "My father always accepted everyone and I have always learned that from home." Admiring those who really dare to be themselves is something Lola hopes to share through this collection. All models in the campaign are close friends or family. Soy Kroon and sister Holly Brood took on the photography and we at So took on PR & communications around this special, close to home, project.
