Bio Lash has a mission that goes beyond just improving eyelashes and eyebrows. Behind this brand is Esther (28), an entrepreneur from Rotterdam with a story that embodies self-acceptance and empowerment. 

Running your own business with autism ánd obsessive compulsive disorder, Esther does it 
The constant struggle of autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder and the hidden struggles that shaped her life, have made Esther doubt herself in many ways. Despite these struggles, she always kept on going and, after years of struggle, found a way to embrace herself and her "imperfections". She learned to focus on the positive sides of her neuroses, such as her hyper-focus on one specific subject:  “We all remember that boy in class who had an obsession for trains; then I realized, eyelashes are my trains. ”After 8 years of experience as a lash stylist and running her own salon, Esther felt the urge to make a change. At the beginning of 2023, she launched Bio Lash, a brand that is all about boosting your self-confidence and embracing your natural appearance, with a little touch of glamour. The product range is an ode to your authentic self, from eyelash and eyebrow growth serums,  at-home lash lift packages to lash dye and satin sleep bundle set. All products are 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free, with recycled packaging and lash lift refill bottles available. Because Bio Lash is all about celebrating natural beauty.
