Picture a night where food, art, and music seamlessly come together under one festive roof.

At the Lidl Tasting Loop: Magical Christmas Edition, we transformed De Hallen in Amsterdam into a culinary wonderland. A hundred guests—ranging from top content creators to leading (food) press—came together to experience Lidl’s holiday magic like never before. 
The heart of the evening? A striking open kitchen positioned in the center of the room, where chefs prepared an exquisite four-course dinner: starter, intermediate, main, and dessert. But this was no ordinary dining experience—the dishes were served via a moving conveyor belt, surrounding the chef’s table and gliding past the tables. 
The evening was alive with festive energy. Guests were greeted by enchanting Christmas carols performed live by a Christmas choir. Chris Alain serenaded dinner with classic tunes, weaving his way between tables. Meanwhile, artist Ravian Dierre created a bold and playful live artwork featuring Lidl’s iconic Truffle Mayonnaise—an unexpected mix of creativity and humor. And for that perfect social moment? A life-sized Lidl shopping bag stood ready for content creation, adding a fun and shareable twist. From extraordinary food to artful surprises, it was a night that left guests inspired and Lidl firmly at the center of the holiday conversation.
