LYKO X CAFÉ BASKÈTS TAKE-OVER
Passport? Not needed. This November, we escaped to Seoul without leaving the city.
On November 20 and 21, So PR transformed Café Baskèts into the ultimate LYKO K-beauty playground: an immersive two-day experience where skincare, self-care, and community came together in the heart of Amsterdam.
Inspired by the energy and aesthetics of Seoul, the takeover introduced guests to the world of Korean skincare through interactive brand moments, curated beauty experiences, and a playful café setting filled with matcha, sheet masks, and glowing skin.
Day 1
Creator & Press Day
The first day welcomed more than 120 creators, press, and UGC talents, including Jessie Maya, Fleur Maxime, Hodan Yusuf, Kenza Alhoei, and Ginney Noa.
Media titles including LINDA., ELLE, Cosmopolitan, &C, LINDA.meiden, and Fashionchick attended the activation.
Guests explored the iconic Korean 10-step skincare routine, created custom charm accessories, and selected their favourite products at the sheet mask bar, all while experiencing the atmosphere of a Seoul-inspired beauty café.

Day 2
Community Day
The second day focused entirely on the LYKO community. The first 100 visitors received curated goodie bags and complimentary drinks, while guests throughout the day explored LYKO’s K-beauty universe at their own pace.
From discovering new skincare favourites to enjoying iced lattes inside the transformed café space, the takeover became a playful and highly shareable celebration of Korean beauty culture.
