King Louie pops up at De Parade
Who says sustainable has to be boring? This summer, retro-chic label King Louie brings its signature color and flair to theater festival De Parade with a cheerful pop-up shop and a creative twist on conscious fashion: the Swap to Shop-corner. During the Amsterdam and Utrecht editions of De Parade, festivalgoers can shop a hand-picked selection of King Louie summer favorites, from vibrant dresses and breezy blouses to playful accessories that feel right at home between the glitter, music and theater tents. But there’s more. In the Swap to Shop corner, visitors are invited to bring an item of clothing and exchange it for something new-to-them. A fresh and festive alternative to fast fashion, and a fun way to extend the life of a garment.
Come for the style, stay for the story To celebrate the collaboration, King Louie has designed a limited edition of their best-selling Boxy Tee, featuring a custom print that captures the joy and color of De Parade. The exclusive tee will be available at the official festival merchandise stands starting in July.
When & where to find them: Amsterdam: Sunday 28 July – Thursday 31 July
Utrecht: Monday 18 August – Thursday 21 August
