Low key, high impact (and a whole lot of core strength). To launch the Fit at Home Pilates Disq, we transformed So Studio Amsterdam’s bright, airy 150 m² studio into the ultimate fit-girl playground. High ceilings, natural light flooding in, and versatile spaces made it the perfect setting to showcase the power (and fun) of Pilates from home. The mission? To break Pilates out of its big-city bubble and prove it belongs everywhere – living rooms, small towns, and beyond. Front and center was Romy Monteiro, a true Pilates lover who lit up the room with her energy. Alongside her was her mom, Antje Monteiro, a busy single mom who turned to at-home workouts as a time-saving hack, embodying exactly what Fit at Home is all about: movement for everyone, anytime, anywhere.
